Too tight a fit,
I purchased 2 of these – both were too tight in my Mk IV – so tight in fact that one fell apart – will not buy this brand again

|DOES NOT FIT 1D Mark III,
The battery I received
1. did not fit my 1D Mark III.
2. left a mark on the battery compartment because it was too tight
3. the battery handle then broke when closing.

|Excellent Spare Battery!,
Very good replacement or spare battery for your Canon camera. This battery mates up to the Canon charger just fine. Using it in the camera (my 1D Mark III) is transparent. Meaning that I didn’t even know the difference from the Canon brand battery. It also has more capacity than the original battery that came with the camera. So if you were to go out on a shoot with these two batteries, (the original and the spare) you will shoot your brains out and fill all your memory cards before these batteries go dead.
Very good battery that I would not hesitate to buy again.
